We emerged with a list of 15 priorities around which we are building action plans and formulating strategies. ^^ This Strategic Action Plan represents our work to promote safe and healthy neighborhoods that foster a strong sense of community and facilitate a thriving business climate. It also reflects our desire to achieve operational excellence in Town government, from the day-today services we provide for our residents to fiscal responsibility.
