Our approach to feedback
Lots of big companies send you emails from email addresses labelled as "Please don't reply to this address as it is not monitored". Not so StratNavApp.com. If you reply to one of our emails, log a support ticket or make a suggestion, it will get read by and responded to by a real person!

You can reply to any email you receive from us. Or:

Best Practices for Giving Feedback
The more specific you can be, the more we'll be able to help you.
If logging a support ticket, please explain as clearly as you can what you're trying to do, what you've tried, what you expect to happen and what actually happens. We may ask you for screenshots if necessary.
If making a suggestion, please explain as clearly as you can what it is you would like the system to be able to do. Feel free to make reference to external sources of information, such as books or web articles.
