CRM integrations

Individual people as stakeholders are embedded throughout StratNavApp.com. See Adding Stakeholders to your Plan.

Those same people might also exist in your CRM (Customer Relationship Management system).

If you use either HubSpot or ActiveCampaign as your CRM, StratNavApp.com will help you to link your People stakeholders to your Stakeholder records.

If you would like us to consider building an integration with a different CRM, please log a support ticket.

You can set up your CRM integrations on your StratNavApp.com Account Settings page.

There you will be able to enter your HubSpot and/or ActiveCampaign codes.

Where to find your HubSpot code

Your HubSpot code can be found in the URL of any HubSpot page when you are logged on.

For example: https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/1234567/objects/0-1/views/398135/list

Where '1234567' would be your HubSpot code.

Where to find your ActiveCampaign code

Your ActiveCampaign code can be found in the URL of any ActiveCampaign page when you are logged on.

For example: https://yourcode.activehosted.com/app/contacts

Where 'yourcode' would be your ActiveCampaign code.

How it works

Once you've entered your code(s) on the Account Setting page, then when you visit a Person page on StratNavApp.com and where that person has the email field filled in, you will also see a small HubSpot or ActiveCampaign button next to it.

Simply click on the button and you will be directed to that contact's page in your CRM.

Note: The integration relies on your CRM's search capability. If it does not find a contact with that email address, it will return an empty result.

NB: The CRM integrations will work for paying subscribers only.
