Upgrading or Downgrading your StratNav plan

Learn how to seamlessly upgrade, downgrade or cancel your StratNav subscription to elevate your strategy development and execution.

Upgrade NowStratNav offers three pricing tiers: Free, Starter and Pro.

These are described in detail at Pricing.

You can upgrade (or downgrade) your plan whenever you want.

How to upgrade your plan

Using a credit card or Paypal

To upgrade your plan to Basic or Pro:

  1. Sign in to StratNav
  2. Click the account menu at the top of the main menu (this will show your name or email address).
  3. Select one of the options from the drop-down menu which opens up to "Upgrade to Starter" or "Upgrade to Pro".
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to pay by credit card or using Paypal.

Note: Upgrading from Starter to Pro has the effect of cancelling your Starter plan and creating a new Pro plan. Unfortunately, any outstanding time left on your Starter plan will be forfeited.

By invoice and remittance

Subscribers who wish to pay for multiple users on our Pro plan through a single invoice/payment should contact support to discuss their requirements. Payments can be made by bank transfer (to a UK bank account) or by Paypal.

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Sign in to StratNav
  2. Click the account menu at the top of the main menu (this will show your name or email address).
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription" from the drop-down menu which opens up.
  4. Confirm that you wish to cancel your subscription.

Note: once you have confirmed that you wish to cancel your subscription this cannot be undone. You can, of course, resubscribe (see notes below).

When you cancel your subscription, you automatically default back to our Free plan.

How to downgrade your subscription

You can downgrade your subscription at any time.

From Pro to Basic

To downgrade your subscription from Pro to Basic, simply cancel your Pro subscription and take out a new Basic subscription by following the instructions above, paying attention to the notes below.

When you do so, you will forfeit any time already paid for on the Pro plan.

From Basic to Free

Downgrading from Basic to Free is the same as cancelling your subscription. See the instructions above for this.

Notes

We have tried to keep our pricing and payments as simple as possible in order to keep costs down.

As a result:

  • Payments are non-refundable (except where the service can be shown to be at fault).
  • If you switch plans between payments, any unused portion of the previous payment is forfeited.
